Pickled Eggs August 2009

So Shooter, every once in a while, decides to do something that I wouldn' think of. This month it was pickled eggs. He concocted his own brine, boiled the eggs, let them sit in the refrigerator for 3 days, and ate just about every one of them himself. They were actually quite good. The peppers added a bit of a bite, and the flavor was excellent!
