Every year we break out the German birthday candle train!
He got to open one present that morning - so he could wear them on his birthday!
We made his usual request - sugar cookie "cake". This is the one he made for himself!
He also requested steaks for dinner - so dad fired up the grill.

At Cub Scouts he had to go in a Bear cave and wrangle a bear to be
