Weeks 3 and 4 at the MTC

Week 3:

Hi Friends/Family/Those people who I love.

This Week has been crazy... I have been filled with so many crazy lessons in both English and Spanish. They are craming lessons in and its been an interesting experience so far. They are teaching us to care more about the person and teaching them the way the spirit directs and not as I want them to. I can mostly understand Spanish but I cant speak it lol.

This Sunday devotional we were pleased to here from Elder Bednar in a Q&A setting after we watched his MTC devotional recording him speaking on the "Character of Christ" on Christmas 2005. Nobody expected it he just came through one of the doors in our gigantic devotional room and I was so exited. He spoke that if we Trust in Christ we can become like Christ. There were like 2100 missionaries there at the time. It was awesome and a not usual thing. So I was lucky.

Recently there were some fire alarm drills that they failed to tell us were drills so there were some people freaking out. lol

I have seen many missionaries go home do to stress and previous problems. Its sad. That's why we have a branch presidency to deal with the small/big problems of our zone.

I testify that God lives and if you trust in him you can overcome all through his Son Jesucristo.

Love you guys!

Week4:

Hello Family Friends and all! JULY/27/2016

This is awesome! I love the MTC!

Recently I was able to go to a devotional were the Nashville tribute band sang to us about the restoration and we were able to sing some songs with them. Our Choir had over 1400 missionaries in it. WOW I really enjoyed how they sang about one of the robbers who was on a cross like Jesus and the robbers acount of all the blood, and the rain storm. He also talked about how Christ talked to them and still cared for others even on the cross and how the robber saw Christ forgive all people for what they have done.

One day at the MTC we herd a fire alarm that had been pulled in one of the other buildings in the night. We heard it and wanted to go help but it was just a night drill lol.

I have heard about many different attacks in different places the only way we really know what is happening is if we see the Temple flag is at half mast. The Book Of Mormon tells that in the last days there will be wars and romors of wars.

I will soon get my itinerary on Friday telling me were, when, and how im going to get to my mission! Im so exited this is going to be great!

As i have been in the MTC I have grown to great lengths. We wake up at 6:30 get dressed, Go to Breakfast, go to class for 4 hours, eat lunch, go to class for 4 hours, eat dinner, go to class for 4 hours, go home, go to bed. Its cool and scary at the same time.

I can mostly keep a conversation at this point in Spanish. We go to TRC, TRC is where we teach or "investagators" the Gosple! I am enjoying it so much. I cant wait to speak to you all in Spanish when I get back. Recently we did a Skype chat with a member in Argentina, her name was Yami and we taught her with an Ipad. I am very lucky to have an Ipad on my mission!
Recently we had a cereal eating chalange at the MTC with our whole zone. I ate an entire meal of chicken and rice and 6 bowls of cereal. as a zone of like 45 people we ate 300 bowls of cereal. It was good bonding time lol.

There are 11 people in our district it will be sad to see them go but im exited to start my mission!

Love you Guys, Don't Die!

I know my savior lives!
