Camping May 2009

High temps sent us to the North (Payson area).
The boys enjoyed glow sticks at night - along with marshmallows!
Our big tent was damaged 2 years ago while camping in a MAJOR wind storm. Here we are enjoying our small tent - very cozy with 2 adults, 2 kids and 2 dogs!
Shooter cooked dinner and breakfast on his homemade grill table.
It fits nicely over a fire pit.
It's nice to be surrounded by boys who want to take care of thier wife and mother!! Every once and a while mom gets to sit down and enjoy the scenery (and the dogs)!
Boys, I think, are drawn to fire...
Relaxing...
Here is Otis, our faithful axe that goes on every camping trip.
A close-up of the cooking table, colling off so we could pack it back up in the truck.
The beautiful and serene view.
We took the dogs and the boys to the fish hatchery, walked around and then played in the creek.

What would we do without camping in the mountains - especially when we have over 100 degree temps at home??
